How do I take part in this promotion?
To take part in this promotion, simply buy at least one qualifying product from a participating retailer during the period of 05 April 2026 to 02 June 2026. Prize draw is open to mainland UK residents only (exc. Northen Ireland). Full T&Cs apply.
When am I able to submit my entry?
Submit a valid entry at worldcupwin.hisensepromotions.co.uk between 05.04.26– 02.06.26.
How many times can I enter?
You may submit up to five (5) entries, however each entry must relate to a different Qualifying Product.
Is my product eligible for this promotion?
A full list of qualifying products can be viewed here. If your products aren’t listed here, your product is not eligible for this offer.
What can I use as my proof of purchase and what should it show?
This depends on where you made your purchase:
If you bought your products from a physical store, simply use the receipt you received with your purchase.
If you made your purchases online, use your invoice. Alternatively, you can send your order confirmation along with the delivery note.
When sending your proof of purchase, make sure the following information is clearly visible:
- What you bought
- Where you bought it
- Date of purchase
- Price you paid
How do I upload my proof of purchase?
If you made your purchases online, then it's likely your proof of purchase will have been sent to you by email. Simply screenshot your invoice or order confirmation email, making sure the following information is clearly visible:
- What you bought
- Where you bought it
- Date of purchase
- Price you paid

Alternatively, you can save the entire email as a PDF. You can usually do this by selecting Print then Save as PDF. You can then upload the PDF file to your claim.
Sometimes, invoices are attached to emails as PDF files; in this case, simply download the invoice and upload it to the form.
The picture of my proof of purchase is too large to upload. What should I do?
If you've had a notification saying your file is too large, you'll just need to resize it. You can do this in one of the following ways:
If you're using a Windows PC
- Open the image in the Windows Photo app. This should happen automatically when you double click it.
- Click the three dots at the top-right of the window.
- Select Resize.
- Select M Best for emails and messages.
- Give the file a name you'll remember and click
- Save.
You should now be able to upload the new file. If you're using a Mac You'll find all you need to know under Resize, rotate or flip an image in Preview on Mac. When you've completed the steps, try uploading again.
Where can I find my serial number?
You can usually find your serial number on a sticker on the back of your device.
I’ve just submitted my entry. What happens next?
We'll send you a confirmation email to let you know we've received your entry.
Prizes
One winner will be selected at random by 12.06.26 and will be notified via email.
The winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize and supply all details requested for the four attendees within 5 days of being contacted.
• Four match tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final on 19 July 2026;
• Outbound flight from a UK Airport to New York on 17 July 2026 and return flight leaving New York on 21 July 2026 for four people;
• 4 nights' accommodation in New York for four people. Based on two rooms per night and two people sharing each room;
• £3000 GBP spending money, supplied on a prepaid travel card.
Winner selection & prize delivery
The winner must be available to travel between 17.07.26– 21.07.26 and is responsible for:
(i) complying with all entry, visa and other conditions of entry to the US;
(ii) obtaining valid travel insurance for the duration of the stay in the US;
(iii) complying with any requirements of FIFA in relation to the use of the tickets and attendance at the Final; and any costs arising from complying with these requirements.
The winner will be asked to confirm that they have satisfied these requirements in advance of the Promoter issuing any Prize and the Promoter will be entitled to withhold the Prize if the winner has failed to do so.
